Before I dive into all-inclusive wedding venue details, I need to tell you about this couple! I absolutely LOVE Hayley + Josh’s hobbies and how it has played a large part in their relationship. These two met while competing in a bean bag league. They threw against each other and evenutally started talking. Every week Hayley + Josh would stay late to chat until finally Hayley asked Josh when they were going to hang out outside of bags. After their first date, well it is history.

To this day, bean bags are a top hobby for the couple. They throw in about 10 different tournaments a year and compete in a weekly league all year round! How fun is that!?!

Outside of their story about playing bags, I really love how their wedding venue had a majority of the planning COVERED!!

Lets talk about the benefits of all-inclusive wedding venues!

What is an all-inclusive wedding venue? It is a venue that is more than a reception space and tables. Typically, all-inclusive wedding venues cover the following:

• Wedding venue – ceremony and reception space
• Tables, chairs, linens and all dinnerware
• Catering and dinner serevice
• Lighting and any drapery needs
• DJ / Wedding Entertainment
• Day of Coordinator
• All set up and tear down of the event
• Decor options
• Officiants
• Even photographers and viedographers!

If a wedding venue has all of the above, it eases the stress on you, the bride and groom! Another benefit of an all-inclusive wedding outside of the ease, is the price. Typically each service is at a lower price point because one vendor is providing multiple services. You can think of it as a group discount.

I am currently planning my own wedding and lets be honest, it is A LOT of work!! All-inclusive wedding venues can definitely make your wedding planning experience easier and fun!
